BAKHRUSHINA HOTEL COMPLEX
This is the first and only complex which consists of three hotels not only in the capital but also in Russia. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that there are 450 rooms of different category. All they are combined in an area of nearly 3,000 square meters. I do not believe that there will ever be another similar complex situated so close to the Kremlin and the historic center of the Russian capital.
Alexis Delaroff, Chief Operating Officer at AccorHotels Russia and CIS. RIA Novosti, December 11th, 2013
During the 2012-2013 season, we have completed extensive work on the construction of a twelve-story hotel complex located on 11 Bakhrushin St., Zamoskvorechye District, Central Administrative District of Moscow. The company acted as a general contractor for this project. The complexity and, at the same time, the uniqueness of the project was the fact that this very same complex had to combine three distinctly different hotels (Mercure Moscow Paveletskaya, Ibis Moscow Centre Bakhrushina, and Adagio). All of them are different in terms of their category and type. Each of them had individual standards and requirements that were necessary to consider. The company coped with the task within a very short period of time. We have fulfilled all the obligations assumed by us. We dealt with construction issues. It was a turnkey project except for monolith works. Later on, the building was commissioned.
